It's hard to balance the anger I have at South Africa for bringing this to the International Court with the news of a new arsenal being found and the sadness of learning that Israeli soldiers being killed. But I should also be thanking you again for providing this very important information.
Thank you Jill. It's an emotional roller coaster between anger, sadness and frustration as we watch the war unfold and see the world's ignorant and cruel response to Israel's predicament. I can only hope that the court will apply the law fairly and dismiss the case.
The Three Stooges: Well done! South Africa, Malaysia and Jordan, complaining against Israel, so they are now, eh? Isn't this beyond ridiculous? Each one can be taken to task for their own misdemeanors, or do they think they have behaved in an exemplary fashion? South Africa's apartheid, that goes without saying, Malaysia's own record, hostile attitude towards and non existent diplomatic relations with Israel, and Jordan in a word, is no tzaddik. Chutzpanim!! What a colossal waste of time. Can't wait to see how this plays out on Israel's channel 12 satire show, Eretz Nehederet. Stay tuned on You tube!
In any event it will be the court’s predisposition to be objective or to embrace South Africa’s corrupted interpretation. When individuals or states pursue the opportunity for a day in court, there’s an assumption in the democratic countries that objectivity will at least try to be pursued. When it comes to all things associated with Israel I believe that objectivity has corroded at least since 1967. As far as this case is concerned, ill be optimistic thinking a considered decision will be about 50-50.

Yeah I hope for the best but fear the fix is in.
