By these standards I'm a proud anti-Palestinian racist.

Perhaps the problem with the definition can be summed up by noting a single phrase; namely that anti-Palestinian racism includes the denial of their narratives.

This means that any disagreement with Hamas or other Palestinian propaganda is racist. Full stop. It's an order from supporters of terrorism to shut up and believe what we tell you.

Another line that's certainly going to require rewriting of history is this one:

"[Anti-Palestinian racism includes} failing to acknowledge Palestinians as an Indigenous people with a collective identity, belonging and rights in relation to occupied and historic Palestine;"

This is a restatement of the false Palestinian claims that Jews aren't indigenous; that a self-identified Palestinian people existed prior to the creation of British Mandate Palestine; that there was a Palestine prior to this; and perhaps most importantly, the false Palestinian claim that all of "historic Palestine" is occupied and that the Palestinian struggle is that of an indigenous people against a foreign occupier on their land.

A proposal is before the U of Manitoba Student Union to adopt the Arab Lawyers Association's definition of anti-Palestinian racism - same as proposed for the TDSB. Rhonda Spivak does a good analysis here: https://www.winnipegjewishreview.com/article_detail.cfm?id=7945&sec=1&title=EDITORIAL:_PROPOSED_UMSU_%E2%80%9CNAKBA%E2%80%9D_MOTION_THREATENS_FREE_EXPRESSION,_SAFETY_OF_ZIONISTS/JEWS_ON_CAMPUS,_VIOLATES_UM%27S_POLICIES

I'm just shaking my head in disbelief, once again.

When did facts become irrelevant, in the war of words.
